Stag Energy

After nearly 20 years of successful project development in the UK energy sector, Stag Energy has recently merged with Carlton Power to develop a portfolio of innovative energy projects in the rapidly evolving hydrogen and electricity sectors.

The primary business focus lies in green hydrogen production, grid stability, renewable and energy storage project developments, which are essential to meet the UK Government’s Net Zero targets. The development of distributed hydrogen electrolysis facilities located at strategic locations around the UK will be important to meet the growing needs within the industrial and transport sectors.

As the UK energy market evolves with an increasing proportion of intermittent renewable generation, it will also require new dynamic grid balancing services in the form of system inertia, reactive power, and short circuit support.
